Refund Policy

RETURNS

TO REQUEST/PROCESS A RETURN FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED ON LITTLEMUFFINCAKES.COM:

Email hello@littlemuffincakes.com with your order number, contact name and list which items you are returning. We accept returns in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If your item was received as a gift, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and we will send additional return instructions.

The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). Once the return is received it may take up to 21 days for the refund to process on our end. If your refund has not posted in your account:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@littlemuffincakes.com.

 

CLEARANCE  ITEMS.....
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES.....
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at hello@littlemuffincakes.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
